Our Process

Each assignment has a common path. Our Principal Consultant will undertake the following steps for each project:-

  • Understand the Client's organisation, culture, objectives and marketplace
  • The ideal Candidate(s) profile
  • Define potential targets
  • Contact and assessment
  • Formal interview by GMA
  • Presentation of shortlist
  • Client interview(s) with Candidate feedback
  • Assistance with offer negotiations
  • Liaison throughout the notice period
  • Regular follow-up during first year of employment 

TIMESCALE

Typically, this can range from 4 to 8 weeks depending upon the nature of the assignment. Candidate notice periods will be in addition to this.

COSTS

All initial meetings are entirely without obligation or cost.

Thereafter, fees are structured on a project-to-project basis.

Typically, this will involve an overall fee related to the remuneration package of the position to be filled, payable in stages at the beginning of the assignment, the presentation of short-listed candidates and the commencement of employment of the successful individual.
